I asked around and researched which companies had good ratings and chose Stone Creek. Stone Creek Roofing completely exceeded all my expectations in several ways. They scrapped and installed 38 squares, protected my landscape with zero damage to anything, and cleaned up immaculately in 1 day, amazing! Plus the employees were friendly and happy! They followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Stone Creek is by far the most professional contractor around! I'm 100% satisfied and you will be too!

The entire experience went smoothly. Our project manager, John MacLeod, was fantastic and was there for us every step of the way. He went over and beyond our expectations. The crew was fantastic and left nothing behind except for our beautiful new roof. You would never have known they were there that day.

Stone Creek recently replaced my roof due to hail damage. They did a great job and I can't speak highly enough of my project manager. Although many in my neighborhood were having their roofs replaced, I wasn't sure if an insurance claim was warranted. I contacted my insurance office and asked if they could recommend a local company that would inspect my roof and offers advice. They suggested Stone Creek. They came out, made an assessment, and advised me to proceed. They helped with filing the claim, were present when the adjustor came out, kept me informed of the project as it proceeded, and negotiated with the insurance company when additional damage was discovered. The work was completed on time, with no financial surprises. The work was excellent - even the county inspector was complimentary. 5-stars all around.

This is one great roofing company! I was referred by a neighbor that had a positive experience with Stone Creek they did not disappoint. They were very responsive when I called for a roofing repair. It was clear they know their stuff...service was excellent, the quality of work terrific, and the value is exceptional. I would certainly make them my first call for any roofing work!

I first worked with Stone Creek in 2018 to replace a very large roof on a home that I owned. I met one of the team members, John MacLeod, prior to needing a roof replacement, and he was such a nice and professional guy that I had him take a look at my roof. From there, he basically catered the entire project for me - contacting insurance, coordinating options and costs, and scheduling the repair. I didn't have to lift a finger other than to give him the green light, and he was able to convince my insurance company to pay for the entire roof (we thought they might only replace one section!). Once we scheduled the roof replacement, I was shocked at how fast it went in, and the final product looked perfect. John was on site regularly and would email or text me updates on the process the entire time. I couldn't speak more highly about his professionalism and attention to detail. I was so happy with the results that I worked with John and Stone Creek for 2 other roof replacements and every job was as smooth as the first. With 3 roofs complete, I can say with confidence that Stone Creek is an excellent choice if you need help with your roof.

When I needed a new roof, I embarked on 4 competitive bids. Stone Creek Roofing and Exteriors gave me the best product and service at a reasonable price based on my comparisons. The project began well within the quoted timeframe and, in my case, they completed the entire tear-off, replacement, and clean-up in one day! The crew was expert, hardworking and conscientious. Kyle was easy to work with throughout the process from bid to scheduling, project management, and follow-up. There was a minor mishap with a gutter during materials delivery. Even though the supplier was responsible Stone Creek managed the remedy alleviating me from a 3rd party headache. Everyone I dealt with at Stone Creek was very friendly. My neighbors have commented how much they like the new roof and we love it too. I highly recommend Stone Creek for any and all your roofing needs.

Stone Creek Roofing replaced the roof and installed new gutters on our home! It was a great experience from the first informational meeting to the immaculate clean-up as they left our property! Working with Scott Gardner was a pleasure as he was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He listened to and addressed our needs in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service. We could not be more pleased with our experience with the entire staff at Stone Creek and would highly recommend them.

Picking Stone Creek was the best decision we made in our roof replacement. Our PM Rob Roma was phenomenal. He really cares about getting you the best product and installation. He did amazing work with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered and there weren't any surprises. He also spent a ton of time answering all our questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The other companies we got quotes from quoted inferior products and were very pushy, so we are so happy to have dealt with Stone Creek. 100% recommend them and would use them again!
