Stone Creek Roofing & Solar ("we", "our", or "the Company") is proud to offer a Referral Program as a way to thank customers and community members for recommending our services. Participation in this program is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legal U.S. residents.
- Participants cannot refer themselves.
- Employees, contractors, or agents of Stone Creek Roofing & Solar are not eligible for referral rewards.
2. Qualified Referrals
A referral is considered “qualified” when:
- A new customer (someone who has not previously contacted or received services from Stone Creek) is referred.
- The referred party provides the referrer’s full name at the time of first contact (via phone, web form, or email).
- The referred customer signs a contract and completes a roofing or solar project with us.
3. Reward Structure
Participants will receive a total of $100 per qualified referral, disbursed in two parts:
- $25 Referral Confirmation Bonus Issued when we confirm a valid referral and initial contact is verified.
- $75 Project Completion Bonus Paid after the referred project is completed and the contract is paid in full.
Rewards are issued by check or digital payment within 30 days of meeting each milestone.
4. Limitations and Exclusions
- The referral must be submitted prior to or at the time of the referred customer’s first contact.
- Only one referrer will be credited per new customer.
- Rewards are only available for residential or commercial roofing and solar contracts.
- This program is intended for personal use only. Referral farming, affiliate marketing, or lead selling is not permitted.
- All payments are subject to applicable tax laws and reporting requirements.
5. Fraud, Abuse & Termination
Stone Creek Roofing & Solar reserves the right to withhold, deny, or cancel any referral reward if we suspect fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the program. We may suspend or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
6. Updates to This Program
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Please refer to this page for the most current version.
